Behold, the Lamb of God

Human beings pride themselves as being superior to all other creatures, and consider science to be the solution to all problems. But now, because of a small virus, the whole world is in panic. Social interaction must be kept at a distance, and even the freedom to go outdoors is restricted. People at this juncture cannot help but wonder; since life is short and frail, what is the meaning of my life?

Recently, a man from New York, clothed in linen, roamed the streets in several cities, shouting, “Repent, turn to God.” This is similar to the scene two thousand years ago when John the Baptist cried out to the people in the wilderness of the Middle East, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away sin of the world” (John 1:29).

This Lamb of God is the Lord Jesus. Though He is the Son of God, He came into this world to live as a man walking about to heal the sick, cast out demons, speak words of wisdom, preach the word of life, and dispense the divine life. Whether they were of high-class or lowly, on the seashore, in the wilderness, or in the capital city, thousands of people’s lives were completely turned around once they met the Lord Jesus, the Lamb of God.

Dear friend, maybe you are on the front lines of this pandemic; or perhaps you are under quarantine, or suffering from the illness and waiting for recovery. No matter what situation you are in, you may behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. He is the Son of God, the healing light, and He is happy to come into you.

Today, are you willing to make a wise decision like millions of Christians in allowing this Jesus to change your life? Friend, please open up your heart, turn to God, and pray to Him now – “Oh Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God, who became the Lamb of God for my sins. You shed Your blood to redeem me and paid off the debt of my sins.” Friend, once you have prayed to Him, He will lead you to walk in the way of peace and to enjoy the eternal and incorruptible life.
